Here’s what you’ll need:

1/4-1/2 teaspoon culinary-grade matcha powder

1 ounce warm water

1/2 ounce raw honey

0.75 mL Escape Artists mint tincture

1/2 lime, juiced

8-10 mint leaves

6 ounces sparkling water (we like plain or lime)

How to make a Matcha Mojito with Raspberries:
Combine the matcha powder and warm water in a small glass or bowl; whisk until there are no clumps. Add the honey and mint tincture, whisk vigorously until combined.

Add the mint leaves and lime juice to a serving glass. Muddle the mint for 10-15 seconds then fill with ice and a few fresh (or frozen) raspberries. Pour the matcha mixture over the ice then top with sparkling water. Stir to combine. Garnish with lime and mint, if desired.
