Savor the Wild is connecting our surrounding Colorado Rocky Mountain communities with sustainable, traceable, wild sockeye salmon. Which is why the Billo Dispensary is proud to serve as a pick up location for wild caught Alaskan salmon.

Savor the Wild are husband and wife fishing captains that bring their commercially harvested wild Alaska sockeye salmon to our surrounding communities! With their two boats they both captain in Bristol Bay Alaska and spend all summer harvesting wild Alaska sockeye salmon to bring back to Colorado!

At this event you can stock up on this summer’s catch in the parking area of the Billo Dispensary from 12pm to 4pm! Swing in for the freshest catch around and meet your local producers!

All of the salmon has been flash frozen for freshness and is sushi grade quality! Now Available: 6oz portion cuts and full fillets
